The Armory is a family owned and run business that started out of necessity for something new and different in our area. While looking for a venue for our own family wedding, we found many cookie-cutter options, but wanted something unique and
customizable where we could showcase our own personal style. Out of this need we became inspired to create a venue with a space that speaks for itself but also can be used as a blank canvas to create unique and bold weddings.
We loved creating a historic venue in the old East Stroudsburg Armory that had been utilized by the National Guard since 1929. This facility is one of only 2 nationally recognized historic buildings in East Stroudsburg. What were once vaults that held munitions have been made into bars and lounge areas. We love the character of the space and try to preserve it as much as possible while creating a breathtaking wedding space that is a one stop shop for all your day-of-needs.
