Sarah and George got married in September in the Poconos with a very classic and modern theme for their day. They kept their color palette mostly neutral with florals and greenery and their suits and dresses in a blue color palette. We lovcd their attention to simple details. It showed they had thought of everything and created such a classy atmosphere for their wedding day.
Getting Ready
Sarah and George got ready at The Armory in the morning with their closest family and friends. They loved that they had access to the entire wedding venue for the entire day in order to let their vendors set up while they had a relaxing morning getting ready without having to move from place to place.
Pre- Ceremony
After getting ready this couple went to a local park (Brodhead Creek Park) for a first look and their wedding party photos. They had the perfect weather to get both their wedding party formals and portraits completed before heading back to the armory for a couple minutes just the two of them in our birds nest suite before the ceremony was set to begin.
The Ceremony at The Armory Events
They kept their ceremony short and sweet and personalized to them. We loved the florals on the archway and the way their family was so overjoyed the entire day. They said personal vows to each other and then gathered for some family formal photos in the ceremony area before heading off to cocktail hour.
Golden Hour Portraits
The couple snuck out for some golden hour photos as their guests took their seats for the reception. We love the hidden gem spots on our property and right across the street for a sweet little portrait session.
The Reception at The Armory
This sweet couple really knew how to party. They had an awesome dinner followed by a true dance party with lots of great music and dance moves. We loved how the dance floor never felt empty and they truly just partied the night away.
